You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do. If you change your mind or receive an unwanted present, we will happily exchange the item or issue a credit note (no cash refunds), except for perishable goods (including jewellery), providing the following has been met:

the goods are returned within 30 days of purchase
goods are in original condition
the original receipt and swing tags are provided
the customer accepts all terms & conditions as outlined below

Products that are returned as faulty will be assessed by staff before a remedy is actioned. The Cowboys Team Store cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit. We suggest that these are packed appropriately and sent via registered post.

Return/Exchange Checklist

1. Phone the Cowboys Team Shop on (07) 4724 8002 to confirm your return or exchange options and receive your return authorisation number.
2. Print and complete the return & exchange form.
3. Read and accept Terms and Conditions.
4. Enclose this completed form, original receipt and item in your parcel.
5. Return parcel to the Cowboys Team Shop.

Important Terms and Conditions
• Where goods are faulty, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do, the purchaser must arrange postage back to the Cowboys Team Shop. If applicable, the Cowboys Team Shop will pay the cost to return the repaired or replaced item to you.  If you change your mind or receive an unwanted present, the cost of all return postage is covered by the purchasing customer, please include a self addresses pre-paid satchel for prompt return.
